There are 2 important regulations / legislations regarding aviation obstruction lights. These are: ICAO and FAA. Also each country has its domestic regulations. In most cases, the local country regulations are exactly similar to ICAO or FAA.
Wetra led aviation obstruction lights ( beacons ) are available in low intensity category.
